Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, a user of the website domrastudio.com (hereinafter, the Website), by filling out the form on the Website and ticking the box "I agree to the privacy policy and to the processing of personal data", freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Kristina Domracheva, self-employed, Taxpayer ID (INN) 890101142378, email for inquiries: kristinadomracheva3@gmail.com (hereinafter, the Operator), to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing:

— processing the inquiry submitted through the form on the Website;

— contacting me to discuss the project and the terms of service;

— concluding and performing a service agreement, if I decide to enter into one.

2. Personal data covered:

— name;

— contact details I provided in the form: phone number, email address, username in Telegram, WhatsApp or other messengers;

— link to a website or social media page;

— information about the project I provided in the form.

3. Actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer to third parties. I agree that, in order to receive and deliver my inquiry, my personal data is processed using the Tilda service (the website builder through which the form operates) and the Telegram messenger, through which the Operator receives inquiry notifications. I am aware that the Telegram service may be located outside the Russian Federation.

5. Term. This consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 3 (three) years, or until it is withdrawn. After that, the personal data is destroyed within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

6. Withdrawal of consent. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a message to the Operator at kristinadomracheva3@gmail.com with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 10 business days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. I confirm that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy, available at domrastudio.com/privacy, and that the data I have provided belongs to me.

This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
